We have engaged the team for deep cleaning & past control for my apartment. The value of money paid to them is very justifiable. They did the good work in a good professional way. Their furniture handling method is very impressive. They are utilizing the whole day for one project which is really appreciable. They are very much concentrating on the word "deep cleaning" which takes lot of time initially. So automatically last minute tension occurs to cover all the areas which the team should improve in a positive manner. Overall the work is very good & response from the team head is impressive. I called Homely solutions and spoke to Madhu for General housekeeping of our house. We booked an appointment. I spoke to Madhu even the previous day to reconfirm that he is visiting. On the day of the appointment, the guy did not pick my calls, did not answer to my many SMS/WhatsApp queries, he wasted my entire day as I planned the cleanup activity on that day. I had to call some other cleaning services and re-plan the house cleanup. Homely Solutions are not at all professional and are least bothered about their commitment. Lets say, for some reason if you want to cancel an appointment, please receive calls or WhatsApp messages from the customer and politely inform that you will not be able to make it.
